Walter is an effective political strategist and media relations professional with expertise in campaign management and community organizing. He has particularly deep ties within New York City’s Asian-American community, where business leaders, civic organizations, and journalists have relied on his insights for over a decade. Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English, Walter has worked as an advisor on Grace Meng’s historic campaign for Congress and as a political consultant for several elected officials, including Council Member Peter Koo, Senator Toby Stavisky, and District Attorney Melinda Katz. He also served in City Hall as Deputy Press Secretary for City Council Speakers Corey Johnson and Adrienne Adams.
